Villa was lovely, would have been helpful with more information on how to get the telly to work and the instructions for the induction hob, could be better. Not the best start to the holiday, we arrived early to drop our luggage off at 2pm , hoping the villa would have been cleaned. Unfortunately it wasn’t, which was fair enough, we waited for the cleaners just to make sure where we were leaving the cases were okay and then we would leave them to it. But time passed and no one had turned up, we phoned Solmar and told them, all we got back your early you shouldn’t be in there, this was 3:30pm now, it is a very big villa and there was no way it was going to get cleaned in 30 minutes as our checking in time was 4pm. They eventually arrived at 3:45pm, told us we shouldn’t be there and our checking in time was 5pm, which we explained why we had waited and our checking in time is actually 4pm. The Solmar rep turned up shortly afterwards who was very apologetic and asked us to go to a bar up the road which we did, the cleaners eventually finished at 6:15pm , 2 hrs and 15 mins after our agreed time. On top of this the cleaners in their rush pulled the curtain pole off the wall in one of the bedrooms so we then had to wait for a handyman to come and fix that, who turned up at 8:15pm and finished about 9pm , so couldn’t really settle in until after that which wasn’t ideal start to our holiday

Accessibility information

To access the villa there are 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst other external doors have a width of 200cm. The pool area is flat and tiled, whilst the pool requires step access. The ground floor bedroom and ensuite both have a door width of 70cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 400cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 120cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor where the width of all bedrooms and bathrooms are 70cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
