You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

A slight step inland from Portugal's striking southern coastline, our villas in Guia are the ideal base for exploring the best the Algarve has to offer. For the beach-lovers, hop in the car and you’ll hit the incredible Galé Oeste Beach in ten minutes. Closer to home is the famous Zoomarine Aqua Park, where you can get up close to a range of marine life. If you’re after a shopping spree, just around the corner is the Algarve Shopping Centre, with endless fashion stores, a food court and a multi-screen cinema.

Accessibility
To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide along with 1 step. The front door has a width of 68cm and the other doors that access the pool area are 66cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 130cm wide. The villa grounds are a little lower between the front entry and the back entry to the pool area. To get to the pool it is either over a grass area or via 8 steps from the kitchen exit door. The bedrooms have a door width of 72cm and the ensuite and bathroom have a door width of 72cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 136cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 68cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
