To access the villa there is a path that is 113cm wide along with 9 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm and the other doors that access the pool area are 100cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 100cm wide and the villa grounds are flat. Bedrooms 1 and 2 on the ground floor have a door width of 73cm and bedroom 3 has a door width of 74cm. The ground-floor bathrooms have a door width of 70cm. There are 17 steps up to the first floor. The bedrooms on the first floor have a door width of 74cm and the bathroom has a door width of 63cm.
