You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Paths from the villa to the pool area are 100cm wide and the villa grounds are flat. Bedrooms 1 and 2 on the ground floor have a door width of 73cm and bedroom 3 has a door width of 74cm. The ground-floor bathrooms have a door width of 70cm. There are 17 steps up to the first floor. The bedrooms on the first floor have a door width of 74cm and the bathroom has a door width of 63cm.
