The area where the villa is situated is mostly flat ground. To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide, there is a single step before the front door, the front door is 78cm wide. The lounge door is 100cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 150cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 128cm wide, the area around the pool area is flat. The pool has ladder access only. The ground floor bedroom doors are 66cm wide and the ground floor bathroom doors are 56cm wide. There are 15 steps leading to the first-floor level. The first-floor bedroom doors are both 66cm wide and the bathroom doors are all 56cm wide.
