You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Villa Charlota Overview
We love the design of Villa Charlota, with its Portuguese curved walls, turrets and grand pillars. The manicured garden, pretty pale façade and natural stone surrounding the pool make this villa stand out from its neighbours. Another highlight is the level of privacy which it affords, with gates, hedging and walls surrounding the property. Enjoy sunbathing by the pool or relaxing with a book in the outdoor lounge area.
Capable of housing up to eight adults, Villa Charlota has been recently refurbished. An open-plan living and dining area comprises comfortable sofas, flat-screen TV, a dining table, and patio doors which lead to the terrace. If you’d like to take advantage of the afternoon sun and dine outside, there’s a great al fresco dining spot under a shady cover. With a traditional BBQ and plenty of fresh produce at hand, you’ll be tempted never to leave the villa!
This gorgeous four-bedroom villa is situated near Gale. If you’re a foodie, you’ll love the village, as it is famed for its excellent authentic cuisine. The nearby town of Guia is also just a short drive away, famous for its Piri Piri chicken. The stunning, sandy shores of Castelo and Gale are close by and if you want to enjoy some shopping or a night on the tiles, then the popular resort town of Albufeira is only four miles away.

To access the villa there is a path which is 500cm wide which leads to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 73cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors from the lounge which are 78cm wide. The villa grounds are flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 68cm wide which is the twin room and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 73cm wide which is the only bathroom on the ground floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 68cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 150cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Spacious clean villa in a great location if you have a car. Several excellent beaches and shops within a short drive. Good pool, nice beds. Adequate bathrooms and kitchen although the fridge would be v small for 8 guests. The loungers, parasol and table tennis table are tatty and need replacing. Also no pads for the seats and loungers. We would have appreciated some water on arrival - we would have expected a small welcome pack at this price. Wifi password in the info was wrong and the description of how to identify the villa on arrival could have been better. In summary a nice villa which could be excellent with a bit of attention

Villa lovely and very clean but our holiday was disappointing with regard to its location. We are used to walking to amenities, whilst 2 restaurants nearby one on middle of hill so my friend had difficulty with the hill on way back. Pub was a sports bar. I don’t hire a car on holiday and would say that a car is necessary

Disappointing. Not like the pictures on web site. The villa was looking very tired. The furniture and beds were very uncomfortable. Beware the sun umbrellas they were too small for the bases and constantly took off every time there was a gust of wind. On a positive the housekeeping/pool services were very good, there was plenty of kitchen crockery/equipment, the broken microwave and toaster were replaced relatively quickly and the villa was as stated very private.
