We had a lovely stay in Villa Gianni. Villa was clean and beds comfortable. Had an issue with the high chair and this was resolved very quickly. The outside umbrellas need to be replaced and there is a loud noise downstairs whenever the water is turned on. Overall we had a wonderful time and would recommend this villa.

The villa itself was very spacious and set within large grounds, clean and near to amenities and beaches. However, we wouldn't rate it as "exclusive" because of the following: No balcony furniture so couldn't take advantage of the lovely views. No towel rail or towel hooks or even a soap dish in the bathrooms so towels were always wet. Fridge/freezer needs replacing although clean inside fridge it had a "smell" and showed signs of age plus we noticed the plug socket for the fridge was coming away from the wall. Poor standard of sun umbrellas , one was broken and another which was kept inside the villa didn't fit the stand. It would be beneficial to have larger ones. Not having any trays to take food outside was a bugbear. Finally one of the sofas appeared to have broken springs.

Please be aware there are 5 steps down to the pool area, however there is a ramp. Door widths to the bedrooms and bathrooms measure 68cm.
