You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Villa Centeanes is a modern detached villa offering opulent views of the Atlantic, this contemporary property has been furnished to a high standard throughout. Built over two levels, the villa has been designed to enjoy the most out of the sea views with floor to ceiling windows. On the ground level there a spacious living area open planned with the modern and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a utility room and two bedrooms both with their own ensuite facilities and sea views. Stairs lead up to the next level where a twin bedroom has its own shower ensuite and the ensuite master bedroom with views of the sea and swimming pool. The living room and bedrooms all have electric shutters, flat screen TV, air-conditioning for your comfort and Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. The fifth bedroom is in a separate annex with its own entrance which is located by the swimming pool, twin beds with ensuite facilities and air-conditioning. The ample sized pool is the perfect size for relaxation and there is a BBQ station with sink and wine fridge set to the side. Villa Centeanes also offers a great location, situated on the outskirts of Carvoeiro, yet only a short walk to a number of restaurants and a fifteen minute walk to the centre. Centeanes Beach is a five minute walk away.

The terrain outside of the villa is undulating as it is located in quite a hilly area. To access the villa the path is 104cm wide with 11 steps to the front door which has a width of 90cm, other access doors are 138cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 148cm wide. Within the villa grounds, the terrain is fairly flat but there is a steep incline to the front door. The pool itself has step access. Inside the villa, the ground-floor bedroom doors are 74cm wide and the bathroom doors are also 74cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 90cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 90cm wide.
