You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path that is 88cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, and the front door is 85cm wide. The lounge door is 160cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 70cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door that is 83cm wide, there are 3 steps when exiting from the kitchen door to the pool area, and the path to the pool is 500cm wide. The outside grounds are flat, even and tiled. The pool has steps.
