This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at the property and we have come here with other couples and they all love it. It’s got a great location, loads of spacious relaxing areas and a fabulous pool. During the holiday we had great communication with Solmar and also in Portugal when we had a new dishwasher delivered, and also some minor issues, that were resolved immediately. I would hesitate to use Solmar villas in the future, and hope to come to the villa sao joao in the future.

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. There are 4 steps to access the villa along with a path which is 999cm wide. The front door has a width of 80cm and other doors which access the pool are the kitchen patio which is 95cm wide and the lounge doors which are 130cm wide. The paths from villa to the pool are 116cm wide and the ground is flat but uneven with hilly paths around the pool. The pool has roman steps to enter. Both the widest bedroom door on the ground floor and the widest bath/shower room door on the ground floor are 72cm wide. The door into the kitchen area is 72cm and the door into the lounge area has a width of 142cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
