To access the villa there is a path which is 82cm wide leading to the front door which is 86cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 170cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door that is 420cm wide, the area around the pool is flat however there are 11 steps leading to the grassed area. The path around the pool is 480cm wide and the pool has steps with no handrail. The ground-floor bedroom and bathroom doors are 74cm wide, the bathroom is a shower type. There are 16 steps leading to the first floor.
