Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide leading to the front door. The width of the front door is 86cm wide, and the area around the pool/terrace is flat however to access the grassed area there are 10 steps. The lounge door and kitchen/dining door are 180cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area the door width is 420cm, the path surrounding the pool/terrace is 300cm wide, and the pool has steps with no handrail. The ground-floor bedroom and bathroom doors are 72cm wide. There are 16 steps leading to the first floor. The bedroom doors are 72cm wide, bathroom doors are 80cm wide.
