To access the villa there is a path which is 95cm wide with grass either side, there are no steps. The front door has a width of 73cm. Other external doors are 67cm which lead to the pool terrace. The terrace area is tiled and flat, with Roman steps leading into the pool. The ground floor bedroom has a width of 74cm, whilst the shower room door is 69cm wide. The door into the kitchen is 68cm wide, whilst the living room door is 78cm wide. There are 16 steps to the first floor where all doors have a width of 68cm.
