You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

The area of the resort where this villa is located is quite mountainous and there are many steep hills and dirt tracks. To access the villa the path is 100cm wide and the front door has a width of 85cm, as well as other access doors. The path from the villa to the pool area is 85cm wide and there are 2 steps down to the pool terrace from the entrance or access is flat from the covered terrace. The pool itself has steps and ladder access and the surrounding area is flat and grassy. Inside the villa, the bedroom with the widest access measures 79cm and the bathroom with the widest access measures 69cm. The kitchen/dining room is accessed by a doorway measuring 85cm wide and the lounge is open plan in the same area.
