Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

This villa is in a mostly flat area. To access the villa there is a 280cm wide path and 1 step, or a ramp. The front door has a width of 88cm. The door to the terrace is 85cm wide. There is 1 step down from the covered terrace to the pool area, the terrace around the pool is flat and paved, surrounded by lawn. There is a ladder into the pool. The lounge/kitchen area is open plan, the door to this area is 110cm wide. There are 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor, with 1 more on the first floor. The widest ground floor bedroom door is 76cm wide, and the door to the bathroom is 76cm wide. There are 16 steps to the first floor, the first floor bedroom door is 81cm wide, and the door to the bathroom is 74cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
