You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Boasting an excellent location, this property is just a few minutes’ drive from the fishing village Aghios Nikolaos, sandy beaches, and Stoupa, well known for its wide variety of tavernas. For keen hikers and history lovers, the mountains and stone towers are within easy reach.
Inside this single storey villa, two bedrooms and one bathroom accommodate up to four guests. Seamlessly blending with its surroundings, the interior is decorated by natural materials and juxtaposes modern furnishings with traditional pieces. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you may need during your self-catering stay, including a coffee machine and microwave. In the living area, comfortable seating, local satellite TV, and a DVD player are provided.
Outdoors, the villa boasts a private pool surrounded by sun loungers and a shaded terrace where guests can escape the Mediterranean sun. As the sun sets over the Aegean Sea, guests can watch on from the outdoor seating area equipped with a BBQ grill.
