You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

This is a beautifully constructed villa, with the design of the interiors having been carefully planned to take full advantage of the spectacular sea views. Spacious, light and airy, the contemporary and stylishly furnished living/dining area and fully equipped compact kitchen reflect an understated contrast to the verdant and natural beauty of nature’s design outside.
The lovely veranda leading from the living area is perfect for relaxing on the comfortable chairs. From the living room stairs lead up to two further bedrooms, with spectacular views over Sivota Bay. The double bedroom has its own generous and furnished balcony. The lower ground floor studio is accessed via an external staircase and path.
We have taken the liberty of including some photos of the jetty below this villa which is shared only with fellow Solmar Villas guests staying in Villa Elpida and Villa Pisti which you can access via steps and a short path just down the road from the villa.

To access the villa there is a path which is 230cm wide alongside 15 steps. The front door has a width of 75cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and flat, however the crazy paving can be uneven in places. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, the ground floor bedroom door is 85cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 70cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor. Resort Description
Sivota is quite possibly the prettiest fishing village you are likely to come across. Located in the south east corner of Lefkas, Sivota boasts one of the prettiest and most colourful little natural harbours we have ever encountered.
For enthusiastic photographers, you’ll have a hard time convincing your friends that your images have not been photo shopped, such are the vivid contrasts between the green olive groves that tumble down to the water’s edge of the aqua marine cobalt blue waters of this stunning scene. Simply stunning.
Sivota has evolved over recent years and has become a firm favourite with the yachting fraternity, who enjoy mooring in the idyllic harbour of an evening and of course, who equally enjoy hopping ashore on their tender dinghies and dining in one of the many excellent seafood restaurants and trendy café bars that have sprung up over the years.
