Villa Nikolas is a beautiful villa, set in a stunning location, offering incredible views of the lush greenery and bright blue waters below.

With its bold painted exterior and rustic wooden shutters, Villa Nikolas stands out against the surrounding scenery.

Outside, you will find your private swimming pool with a generous surrounding terrace offering plenty of space and lined with plush sun loungers, the perfect place to appreciate the stunning views that this villa offers.

Inside, tiled floors, pastel-coloured walls and beamed ceilings give a distinct nod to traditional Greece, however, the contemporary furnishings offer a bright and spacious feel. All of the bedrooms offer ensuite facilities and incredible views.

As for the location, it’s a two minute drive (or 10 minute walk) to a charming family taverna, snack bar/café’ and mini-market, and around 20 minutes walk down to the local beach.

The chic cosmopolitan resort of Fiskardo is just a 5 minute drive away, offering the stunning beaches of Emblisi and Foki Bay as well as an eclectic selection of restaurants and shops around the harbour.

Resort Description

Fiscardo, an utterly idyllic harbour village located in the north of the island simply oozes charm and is particularly popular with discerning travellers seeking a quiet, relaxing holiday in a picture postcard setting.

The neighbouring hamlets and villages (Vassiliki, Maganos and Antipata to name but a few) surrounding Fiscardo offer fabulous views of the magical and Mythical Ithaca, literally a hop, skip & jump away, and along with the numerous idyllic little coves scattered around this region, one can easily understand why this magnetic destination attracts a ridiculously high number of repeat guests each year. The exquisite seaside village of Assos can also be found nearby, yet another of the Erissos peninsulas charming and iconic gems. Its jumble of tiny houses with their colourful bougainvillea clad façades, are a photographers dream and there are spectacular views from its elevated Venetian castle, well worth the scenic 45 minute stroll!

As for Fiscardo itself, Pastel painted harbour front cottages with their traditional brightly coloured shutters reveal picture-postcard views of the harbour and Ithaca beyond. This really is an amazing place to indulge in a spot of people watching, as the harbour front café’s and restaurants are regularly filled with celebrities who frequently hop over on their little tender boats from their vast and insanely expensive yachts and motor cruisers.
