You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Villa Mon I Vassilikos, situated in Vasilikos, a peaceful area known for its rolling hills and olive groves, it offers a delightful experience with its stunning mountain views and convenient location near Agios Nikolaos Beach and Plaka Beach.
The villa boasts three spacious bedrooms, four well-appointed bathrooms, bathrooms come with personal hygiene items for guests to enjoy, and a range of amenities including bed linen, towels, a TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a full kitchen wear set. The terrace provides a picturesque setting to enjoy the breathtaking sea views. Additionally, the villa ensures privacy with its private entrance.
Each bedroom offers a floor to ceiling window to take the most of the beautiful backdrop, bedroom one, offers not only a sea view but a pool view also. allowing optimum sunlight to filter through the glass. Bedroom two, has sea views a direct access to the pool via the terrace, gardens. Bedroom three, is situated on the first floor and offers unlimited sea views from it's own private balcony, why not grab a glass of your favourite tipple and sit back watching the sunset. There is a sofa bed located on the upper floor.

This is probably the most favoured area for villa holidays on Zakynthos offering stunning scenery, glorious beaches and just enough shops and restaurants to keep you occupied whilst being a relatively short drive from Zakynthos Town and the airport.
Vasilikos is the area on the north east coast of the island looking over to the Greek mainland and runs from just south of Argassi, a popular resort south of Zakynthos Town to the tip of the peninsula. Vasilikos boats beautiful pine woods, rolling olive groves and several lovely coastal areas such as Aghios Nikoloas, Porto Roma and Xerokastello where you can find a few shops and restaurants and lovely bays to sunbathe and swim. The famous Banana Beach is a large expanse of sand popular with the locals and much frequented by Italian visitors in August.
