Please note, this villa is in a slightly hill area. To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide. The front door has a width of 82cm and the other doors that access the pool area are 130cm wide. The ground is flat with small stone tiles from the villa to the pool. This pool has ladder access. As can be seen in the images, there are 3 steps up to the poolside. The bedroom has a door width of 80cm and the bathroom has a door width of 74cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 74cm wide and the door width into the lounge area is 74cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

There are several beaches nearby, including Plagos Beach with its lovely sand and shallow waters making it ideal for families. Tragaki is within a few minutes' drive of the better known Tsilivi, offering plenty of bars and tavernas, whilst the island's capital Zakynthos Town is also a short drive away should you wish to spend a day shopping or enjoy a livelier night out.
