Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 85cm wide. The path to the poolside is 150cm wide. The terrace is uneven in places due to the nature of the stone surface. There are a handful of steps to the poolside, and further steps to the BBQ area. Inside, the ground floor bedroom door is 82cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 79cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 82cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 82cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
