You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

The villa is situated in a mountainous region. Access is via a 160cm-wide flat path leading to the front door, which is 86cm wide. There are no steps to reach the entrance. The exterior area immediately outside the villa is even. The pool area is on the same level as the house, but the outdoor terrace is raised by four steps relative to the pool area. The path to the pool is 300cm wide. The outdoor area features crazy paving. Other access doors, including those leading to the terrace and pool, are 200cm wide. The pool has ladder access. Inside the entrance to the kitchen/dining room is 250cm wide, and to the lounge area 90cm wide. The ground floor bedroom door is 78cm wide, and the bathroom door is 76cm wide. The ground-floor bathroom is equipped with a shower. The first floor is accessed via a staircase with 17 steps. Upstairs, all bedrooms and bathrooms have doors 78cm wide. The bathrooms on the first-floor feature baths with showers over.
