You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Head inside, and you are greeted by a bright, open-plan interior, containing whitewashed walls and modern furnishings, a perfect retreat from the intense heat of the midday sun. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor, two with their own balconies, along with a lovely full bathroom and a shower room.
Contrary to it's secluded hillside location, Villa Karma Lindos is placed within easy reach of the incredible Lindos town, a variety of restaurants and shops, along with plenty of rich Greek history and culture can be found just a short drive or taxi ride away.

The area where the villa is situated is extremely hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide leading to the front door, the front door is 83cm wide. The lounge door is 200cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 82cm wide, the living area is open plan, there is a guest WC on the ground floor level. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 140cm wide, the path to the pool is 140cm wide. The outside grounds are flat, even, paved stoned and tiled. There is a step up to access the pool as it is slighty raised from the ground, the pool has steps, there is a handrail. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level. The bedroom doors are 78cm wide and the bathroom door is 67cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.
