The area where the villa is situated is extremely hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 81cm wide. The lounge door is 100cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 81cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 81cm wide, there are 3 steps down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 90cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, tiled and even, the garden grounds are gravelled with shrubbery, there is a slight incline at the end of the garden. The pool has a ladder and steps to access. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom doors are 68cm wide, the bathroom is a shower type. There are 20 steps leading to the first floor level. The first floor bedroom doors are 74cm wide and the first floor bathroom door is 68cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.
