Villa Elpida Overview
Three-bedroom Villa Elpida is on the beautiful island of Lefkas. Ancient fishing villages and undeveloped shorelines make Lefkas the perfect choice for those who just want to chill.
Designed to complement the natural surroundings, the villa has a stunning, curved infinity pool which hugs the front of the property. The brilliant turquoise of the pool contrasts the azure blue of the Ionian Sea below. Wooden poolside loungers are cleverly positioned to overlook that stunning vista. There are also rattan loungers and dining furniture to enjoy meals and drinks outdoors.
Villa Elpida is designed on two levels with a sandy façade, terracotta tiled roof and Grecian arches. There is a pretty kitchen with wooden tables and chairs to serve up a fresh, Greek salad at the end of the day. A relaxing lounge features several arched, floor to ceiling windows which look out over the sloping hillside and sea. Upstairs, the three bedrooms are tastefully decorated with matching curtains and bed linen. There are also three ensuite bathrooms and a separate toilet.
*Please be aware that children must be supervised at all times around the infinity pool and on the master bedroom balcony.*
We have included some photos of the jetty below this villa, which you can access via a few steps just down the road from the villa. A path with some steps below your villa leads to a private sunbathing area just above the sea (for the use only of your villa and the Solmar Villas clients staying in Villas Agapi and Pisti) for rock bathing.

The local municipality of Sivota continues to invest in developing the surrounding area and there may be works taking place within the vicinity. We do not anticipate these will have a significant impact on the overall enjoyment of your holiday, with works being monitored regularly.

Sivota is quite possibly the prettiest fishing village you are likely to come across. Located in the south east corner of Lefkas, Sivota boasts one of the prettiest and most colourful little natural harbours we have ever encountered.
For enthusiastic photographers, you’ll have a hard time convincing your friends that your images have not been photo shopped, such are the vivid contrasts between the green olive groves that tumble down to the water’s edge of the aqua marine cobalt blue waters of this stunning scene. Simply stunning.
Sivota has evolved over recent years and has become a firm favourite with the yachting fraternity, who enjoy mooring in the idyllic harbour of an evening and of course, who equally enjoy hopping ashore on their tender dinghies and dining in one of the many excellent seafood restaurants and trendy café bars that have sprung up over the years.

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa. It's in a great location and we enjoyed visiting Sivota almost daily, we would recommend a car. The villa is well equipped and has everything you need. Beautiful views from upstairs terrace, great for watching the yachts sailing past. The swimming pool is the perfect size and the outdoor facilities were really nice. We would recommend to others.

This was the second time we had stayed at Villa Elpida and both the villa and Sivota were just as good as last time. Lovely views, good swimming off the rocks, and there is now even a tarred road to Sivota!

This is a wonderful villa in the beautiful bay of Sivota. There was plenty of room for four adults and two children.The bedrooms and living space were ideal and we really enjoyed being in close proximity to the sea.

Beautiful Villa with stunning views over the pretty harbour of Sivota (in our view, the best location on the entire island). Quality furniture and fittings, comfortable beds and stunning infinity pool complete with breathtaking views. The private jetty is a fabulous feature, (just a shame there isn’t a ladder to get back out of the water)! Solmer Villas were fantastic from start to finish and their in-resort representative Patricia is a real credit to the company, a very proactive lady who acted immediately and with genuine concern whenever a matter arose, she made sure things where dealt with in the most efficient and professional manner, Patricia made sure our holiday was a seamless and enjoyable. Very many thanks Trish!

We have just returned fron Villa Elpida. Wonderful views at pool level and upper seating area. Villa very clean, Olga is very helpful, wifi a bit hit and miss. Sivota harbour short drive, lots of good restaurants, our favourite though, was Sivota bakery cafe, we had breakfast most days , try the pancakes if you dare !! Thomas and his wonderful staff coudn't be more accommodating, highly recommended!! Villa is situated in very quiet spot, just the crickets and sailing boats passing by. Infinity pool was fabulous!

This is an excellent villa good size pool, great size bedrooms, lovely views. Our host was amazing and our housekeeper to, absolutely no complaints about the Villa. I know sivota has some pretty awkward roads but the road to the villa is in need of some work , make sure you have a good 4 x 4 suited to the roads leading to villa. Otherwise as always we had an amazing time in Sivota and Lefkada and some boating around the Ionian Islands , could you ask for more.

The villa is in a perfect location, and is beautiful both indoors and out doors. There are plenty of spots where you can enjoy full sun or partial shade. We had a wonderful time and would love to return one day. If you are hiring a car we would strongly recommend a small 4x4 as the 3km of track leading to the villa is very broken up in places.

The week was excellent and we both loved it. The one improvement could be to the 2.5 mile track that lead to the villa that was somewhat in need of improvement.

Great views. Excellent condition of villa. Very quiet. Good wildlife. Minutes from good snorkelling. Olga the cleaner excellent person. Some people may have been fazed by the track. Good directions from airport, but a bit confused by mention of Poros; drive past the Poros junction is better.
