Just over 30 minutes’ drive from the Airport, Trapezaki is a quiet area located on a steep olive clad hillside in the shade of Mount Aenos. Half way between the Town of Argostoli and the resort of Skala, the busier resort of Lourdas is close by which offers a larger choice of facilities and a long sandy beach.
Trapezaki is ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday. There is a scattering of small mini markets and a few tavernas on the hillside near to the villas and a peaceful bay with a beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear waters ideal for swimming, backed by a good beachside restaurant. You can find some beautiful unspoilt areas within Trapazaki Bay and the views from the villas are second to none offering the most incredible panoramic views over the Ionian Sea.

The area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly and mountainous, the villa is located at the top of a steep driveway. The villa is set over two levels. To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide, leading to 5 steps to the front door, the front door is 90cm wide. The lounge door and kitchen/dining room door are both 90cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 150cm wide, the path to the pool is 200cm wide. The pool has steps with no handrail, please take care as the area around the pool can become very slippery when wet. The outside grounds are flat and paved. The bedroom doors are 80cm wide and the bathroom doors are 70cm wide, both ground floor bedrooms contain ensuite shower rooms. The first floor is accessed by stairs, there are two double bedrooms, one ensuite shower room and one ensuite bathroom, containing a bath with a shower over.
