To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 10 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 120cm wide. There are 10 steps down to the pool area, whilst the pool itself has both step and ladder access. The terrace consists of both crazy paving and lawn. This can be seen in the images. The bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 65cm, whilst the shower room door is also 65cm wide. There are 16 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door is 75cm wide, and the bathroom door is 70cm wide.
