What a fantastic villa. Hidden high in the hills over Agia Effemia and very private. The villa it's self was very modern and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds, great hot water pressure. Quality bedding and towels. Highly recommended. And nice bottle of wine from the owner. Thank you.

Great villa but let down by a few things that could easily be rectified. 1. Seemingly random nature of the housekeeping visits both timing and scope. Pool towels not changed for two weeks and when they were changed, we had just washed/dried them. 2. Pool downright dangerous due to lack of routine maintenance by someone who knows what they are doing. Water turned green whilst we were there due to lack of testing, cleaning, filter flushing and inconsistent/wrong application of chemicals. Slow release chlorination tablets used once during a three week stay and had dissolved in a day! Ask questions if you rent this property as it could affect your families health since bacteria/viruses/pathogens live in poorly maintained pools. Take a pool testing kit (they are cheap from Amazon) 3. Ants in the kitchen. Used the kitchen for breakfast on the second day. In the afternoon, the worksurfaces were covered in ants. They had found the crumbs in the toaster and had moved in! They also like the sofa's in the main room. 4. Villa stripped of consumable items. No soap in the toilets or at any of the wash basins. Why?

This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 20 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 90cm wide. The terrace area is tiled and flat, whilst the path to the terrace is 120cm wide. The pool itself requires step access. The bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor have a door width of 70cm, whilst the door into the kitchen/lounge is 90cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom and shower room doors are 80cm wide. Overall, this villa is in an elevated position with many steps to the entrance. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
