The area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly and mountainous. The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path that is 100cm wide, leading to 7 steps to the front door, the front door is 78cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are both 78cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door is 78cm wide, there are 30 steps towards the pool area, this area is uneven and hilly. The path around the pool is 100cm wide. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps.
