You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Villa Paradiso Tessera Overview
Villa Paradiso Tessera is set in a desirable location within walking distance of a lovely sandy beach, as well as nearby shops and restaurants. Accommodation is across one floor and the whole villa is beautifully designed with earthy fabrics and bright turquoise accents, which stand out perfectly against the whitewashed walls.
The lounge is open-plan with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room which opens out to the terrace. Two spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin, and one bathroom complete the interior. The furnished sun deck and a private pool maximise the outdoor space, where you can enjoy mesmerising mountain and hill views. There’s an alfresco dining table and comfortable sunloungers, and a barbecue for long lunches at the villa.
The sought-after holiday resort of Agia Pelagia is within walking distance, home to an array of tavernas offering traditional but also international dishes, bars, cafes, shops and boutiques, which will invite you to explore the quaint streets. There are several interesting places to visit close by, including the Minoan Palace of Knossos and the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion.

Resort Description
A small coastal town and seaside resort just 20 kilometres from the capital of Crete, Heraklion. Agia Pelagia offers a small beach offering water sports and diving opportunities and a good choice of restaurants, bars, cafés and shops; but no raucous nightlife, it is mainly a family beach resort, excellently positioned for just relaxing or sightseeing around this fascinating part of Crete.
Just east of Agia Pelagia is the sandy beach of Lygaria, where you can rent umbrellas and sunbeds, or dine at the beach front tavernas. Fortunately Lygaria is protected from the north winds so the sea in the bay is normally calm.

We had a wonderful stay, brilliantly described, the villa was as expected. Very clean and all facilities were great. The lady looking after us was lovely and if we needed anything we just had to ask, peaceful location it was everything we were looking for and more

The two women who carried out the servicing of our villa went over and beyond expectations. The villa was so beautifully clean and quiet surrounded by beautiful scenery. Rena and Demetris were so genuinely helpful and friendly, they are a credit to your company. On the downside, we were disabled and Villa 4 was totally inappropriate. It stands on a very steep hill, you would struggle to get down, not really safe to do so and totally impossible to climb back up. Taxi drivers were not happy either because they had to reverse back down the road.

The villa is excellent and provided all we needed. The cleaning staff were excellent and provided extras we were not expecting. The beds were comfortable, linen changed regularly and made the holiday very relaxing. The holiday location is great, fantastic views and nice friendly resort. The only very slight concern is the hill to enter the villa although it did not bother us.
