You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

This resort is mountainous and has steep hills throughout. The villa itself is located on a hillside with steep steps access from the parking bay and to the main road. The path leading to the villa is 150cm wide there are 12 steps to the front door which measures 80cm wide, other access doors at the villa are also 80cm wide. To reach the pool from the villa you must access the terrace which is very flat and the path to access is 150cm wide. The pool has ladder access only. Inside the villa, the kitchen/dining area is accessed by a door 80cm wide, as is the lounge area. The bedroom on the ground floor has an entrance 80cm wide, and the ground floor shower room has an entrance 75cm wide. To reach the first floor there are 17 steps, the bedroom with the widest access measures 80cm, and the shower room on this level measures 75cm. *Although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
