You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Conveniently located Villa Irina Cyprus is less than a 10-minute walk to nearby restaurants, bars and supermarkets. If an evening spent with delicious food is what you're after, then traditional tavernas, Japanese sushi bars and Italian delis will provide plenty of choice for your meal under the stars. Alternatively, the poolside terrace comes complete with alfresco dining and a portable BBQ. This corner of the garden is ideal for a spot of lunch back at the villa, enjoyed best in the company of family and friends with a bottle of local wine. The 8x4m pool is ideal for splashing around in the midday sun as you make holiday memories with the kids.
Inside, an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is the ideal retreat away from the midday sun, whilst the kitchen area comes fully equipped with all the latest appliances, including a fridge-freezer and dishwasher. To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 81cm wide. The lounge door is 200cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 95cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 75cm wide. The outside grounds a flat and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor.
