You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Accessibility
To access the villa there is a path which is 109cm wide, leading to 4 steps to the front door, the front door is 85cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 85cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 95cm wide, there are 2 steps down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 90cm wide, the pathways around the pool are very narrow. The pool/terrace grounds are wooden decking and concrete, the outside grounds are flat and even, however the area is fairly compact. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps.
