To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 132cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and concrete paved. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, the ground floor bedroom door is 72cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 61cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor.
