The terrain surrounding this villa is fairly flat but has a slight hill. To access the villa the path is 290cm wide with 2 steps to the front door which has a width of 86cm, other access doors are also 131cm wide. The path from the villa to the pool area is 354cm wide and there are no steps but a slight ramp to get from the villa to the pool level. The pool itself has ladder access only. Inside the villa, there is one bedroom on the ground-floor and the door is 74cm wide, the ground floor bathroom door is 63cm wide. The kitchen/dining room door is 99cm wide and the lounge door is 111cm wide. To reach the first floor there are 17 steps.
