Nice Villa but the location not the greatest. Villas are very close to each other and just opposite a car repair business is being run at a nearby Villa so car engines being revved up was a frequent occurrence (not all day but on a regular basis). Villa Inspire is a nice Villa, very clean and tidy - no issues on this front. The only reason for not returning is location of the Villa..

Due to the fault of the local villa management team we were burgled after being there for 3 days, all our money was stolen. The layout of the villa means that the pool is on a lower level than the living area. We assumed that the patio doors would have been secured/locked prior to our arrival. We locked the doors that we had used but found that there were patio doors that had not been locked in the lounge area. Whilst looking for the missing money we found several areas of the property that had not been very clean, sweet wrappers down the sofa, cigarette butts in the grounds, under the sofas hadn’t been cleaned for some time. We left it until 5 pm to arrive and the driveway was full of rubbish and cleaning bags, we couldn’t park. The microwave door was faulty. Pool had stones and plastic wrappers in, along with a plastic glove. Table light in lounge area but it had nowhere to plug it in. We have visited Cyprus on many occasions and usually have an amazing holiday so please don’t let this review put you off the country, it’s beautiful. Quite close to the main streets for bars and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. The roof terrace is nice with comfortable seats but no sun shade at all. Seating small for a 6 person villa. Good tv. Decent bathrooms, nothing special.

This Villa is a little tired, set on a relatively busy road and overlooked. When we arrived there was no safe, the sheets were stained, the pool was dirty & the sataletite TV was not working. A call into the call centre in the UK (No local numbers for contacts given, which in my opinion is poor), a safe was installed, the sheets were changed and the TV retuned. The sheet were changed, but again there were stains on them, the pool was not cleaned during the stay, there was no mid week change of towels or bed linen, the extractor fan does not work and the pans in the toilets are grey - doesn't look like they have seen bleach and cleaning products in a very long time Whilst we had amazing weather and the visit to Cyprus was amazing as always, thie Villa and the servicing of it was disappointing. Having been used to James Villas, with the serviceing, cleanliness and local contant points in the area, this was a disappointing experience

To access the villa there is a path which is 99cm wide alongside 5 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 133cm wide. The path to the pool area is 76cm wide, alongside 6 steps down. The walkway is narrow around the pool. However, this is tiled and even. The pool itself has step access. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the double bedroom door is 79cm wide, and the ensuite door is 69cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 106cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 117cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
