When accessing the property there is a slight incline on the driveway. To access the villa there is a path which is 375cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 79cm wide. The lounge door is 130cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 142cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 74cm wide, there are 2 steps down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 440cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even, the pool/terrace grounds are paved stoned and the gardens are gravelled with shrubbery. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor level, however there is a bathroom. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level.
