The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous, the driveway of the property is extremely steep. To access the villa there is a path which is 380cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 88cm wide. The lounge door is 354cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 265cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 67cm wide, the path to the pool is 404cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat and even, the garden grounds are gravelled. The pool has steps. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor level. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level.
