You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

To access the villa there is a path which is 233cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 77cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 77cm wide. The width of the path to the pool area is 400cm wide, open, flat, and tiled. There is a slight step of 7cm which leads to the gravelled section of the garden. The pool itself has ladder access. The double bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 72cm, whilst the ensuite has a door width of 62cm. There are 19 steps to the first floor, where the twin bedroom door is 77cm wide, and the ensuite door is 66cm wide.
