To access the villa there is a path which is 165cm wide alongside 4 steps. The drive is on a slight incline. The front door has a width of 93cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 91cm wide. The width of the path to the pool area is 103cm wide. When leaving the villa through the patio doors, there is 4 steps to the pool area. However, around the pool is tiled and flat. The pool itself has step access. When entering the villa there are 2 steps down to the open-plan lounge area. The twin bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 74cm, whilst the shower room has a door width of 64cm. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the twin bedroom door is 77cm wide, and the ensuite door is 64cm wide.
