Fantastic, beautiful villa in wonderful location. I’ve stayed in some lovely villas in Argaka, this is my favourite, absolutely 10/10.

Stayed at Villa vasilissa for a week with my family, the villa really is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures, check in was super easy and we was blown away by the actual size of the villa, also the cleanliness of it. The kitchen is massive and has more than enough cutlery, pots, pans, equipment for a big family to use, the outside space is beautiful, the bbq area was lovely and the pool was great even at night time it was warm, the rooms were nice with plenty of space and storage for clothes, beds were really comfy and the air con in each room worked great. The showers worked fine some had better pressure than others but not really an issue, location wise we thought it was great, a car is needed which we did have, there’s some lovely beach front restaurants just down the road and afew dessert places, shops, small bakery, latchi centre was only 13 minutes in car and Paphos about an hour, it’s close by but still nice and out of the way, there was no noise at night and the privacy was nice, also felt really safe. For a “luxe collection” villa and the price you pay I did expect just afew things, there’s only one tv in the villa & no Netflix, I know you don’t come on holiday for that but in the evening it would have been nice to put it on for the kids, the pool light goes off at 11pm & when your on holiday sometimes it is nice to stay outside abit longer, the WiFi was pretty bad, it would work ok if you was downstairs near the box but upstairs it did not work at all or outside by the pool, there wasn’t any cleaning stuff left for us not even a little sponge, I’ve stayed at a cheaper villa with solmar and still been provided these little things so for a massive luxe villa I thought we’d be left some bits, you can’t leave anything out at all otherwise ants will be everywhere even the beds which we found strange as we hadn’t had any food in the bedrooms, and lastly check out was at 10am and I do understand the cleaners have a schedule and it takes awhile to clean all the villas but they turned up at 8am, and was outside cleaning and letting themselves in whilst the kids were downstairs, we just felt rushed and like we was being kicked out even though it wasn’t time, they should be turning up at 10am not any earlier, because we have paid till that time, if you wanted to enjoy a last minute morning swim before leaving you couldn’t, the woman just kept standing there saying “take your things” so although it was a nice place I wouldn’t return

Beautiful villa and wonderful owners. Villa Vasilissa is the most amazing property in a beautiful quiet location. The upstairs balcony is a great place to sit and watch amazing sunsets. Property is well looked after by the hard working owners and is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Owners are lovely and we were greeted with freshly picked produce including the best avocados I have ever tasted. We are already making plans to return.

To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The path to the poolside is 140cm wide. The poolside is at the back of the villa. Images from this angle show lots of steps. This is not the case from the front of the villa. The are a number of steps to the poolside, if you exit via the back doors. If you exit via the front door and follow the path around, there is only 1 step. The ground floor bedroom door is 80cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 71cm wide. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 100cm wide.
