Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is a path which is 238cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 75cm wide. The path to the pool area is 157cm wide. When exiting the villa via the patio doors, there are 4 steps down to the pool area, these are 15cm in height. There is also a raised decking area by the pool. The outside space is crazy paved. The pool itself has ladder access. The ground floor double bedroom door is 73cm wide, whilst the family bathroom door is 71cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor where the twin bedroom door is 74cm wide, and the ensuite door is also 74cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 72cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 83cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
