Overall pretty good. Nice size and view of the sea was great. Pool also a good size. Slight disappointments were the sun umbrellas around pool. There were only 2 and they were both partly broken and required some DIY to set them up. Also unfortunately there was an active birds nest right over the main outside table which couldn’t be moved. As there was only 4 of us we could manage but the villa sleeps 8. Finally there was 1 hairdryer but it was very old and fixed to the wall so my wife and daughter had to take it in turns to dry their hair. Another plug in hair dryer would be useful.

A fabulous large villa in a lovely setting that’s not overlooked by nearby villas. It has got a fantastic view and a beautiful infinity pool. The location was fine for us as we had a hire car and we really enjoyed nearby Pollis and Lathci. There were a few negatives, including uncomfortable beds and the fact that the oven didn’t work. The bathrooms are very dated and some of the taps & showers leaked. Though most disappointing was not being provided with enough loo roll for a week!

To access the villa there is a path which is 156cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 100cm wide. The lounge door is 100cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 140cm wide, the living area is open plan, there is a guest WC on the ground floor level. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 140cm wide, there is a step down from the door to the terrace area then another step down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 186cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, tiled and even, the mature garden grounds are grassed and paved stoned. The pool has steps and a ladder to access. The ground floor bedroom door is 85cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 72cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
