To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide, the path has a slight incline, the path leads to 10 steps to the front door, the front door is 80cm wide. The lounge door is 170cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 174cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 75cm wide, the path to the pool is 190cm wide. The outside grounds are flat, even and tiled. The pool has steps. There are 5 steps leading to the lower floor level bedrooms and bathrooms. There are 10 steps leading to the first floor level.
