You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Cleco is a comfortable 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom private detached villa located near to the resort of Coral Bay and its renowned sandy beach. The location of the villa is within a short drive of supermarkets and a wide selection of restaurants, including some of the finest Chinese, Italian, Tex-Mex, and Cypriot restaurants in Paphos. Every thought has gone into making this villa an appealing and welcoming accommodation for up to 6 persons. The villa is very well furnished and equipped and includes high speed wi fi, UK and SKY TV channels, and high end furnishings throughout.
The ground floor offers a spacious lounge and dining area with modern fully fitted kitchen which includes all the required appliances, a ground floor guest cloak room, two ground floor bedrooms, a twin and a double, both with full sized en-suite bathrooms, and air conditioning as well as ceiling fans.
The first floor offers the master double bedroom which also offers air conditioning, ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes, and a full sized en-suite bathroom. This bedroom offers access to two private balconies with glorious sea views.
Outdoors, there is a shaded outdoor dining area which is accessed from the kitchen and is equipped with barbecue facilities, a shaded outdoor lounge area, both overlooking the fantastic 5m x 10m pool and beautifully maintained mature gardens.

To access the villa there is a path which is 205cm wide, leading to 3 steps to the front door, the front door is 80cm wide. The lounge door is 263cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 70cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 95cm wide, there is a step down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 376cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, tiled and even, the garden grounds are gravelled with shrubbery, there are multiple exterior steps to the roof terrace from the pool area. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom doors are 78cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 68cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
