You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Situated along a quiet lane just outside of Labin, Villa Rosa Labin promises something rather special and you will not be disappointed! The house is surrounded by perfectly maintained gardens with extensive lawns, offering numerous seating spots to relax both in sun and shade. The glistening pool overlooks Istria’s rich and beautiful landscape as well as the coast on the horizon. Head indoors and you’ll be in awe of the villa’s quirky yet fabulous design! Spread over three floors and consisting of five spacious bedrooms, Villa Rosa Labin can cater for 10 guests making it suitable for multiple families and larger groups. There is even a secondary kitchen on the lower ground floor, as well as a games room and a wine cellar featuring local wines ready for you to taste (and then purchase if you wish!). You’ll discover interesting characteristics everywhere you look at Villa Rosa Labin, including a bare rock feature from which the property was hewn.
If you want to venture out, Labin’s historic town is split into two, the famous walled town full of interesting architecture, and the newer commercial area further down the hill which offers plenty of restaurants and shops. For beach lovers, the popular resort of Rabac is slightly further away.
Please note: Bedroom 5 on the Lower Ground Floor is only screened by a partition from the Games Room and is not a separate room.

Resort Description
The hilltop town of Labin is set to the East of the Istrian peninsula just south of the beach resort of Rabac. An historic town with rich cultural heritage, Labin today acts as a cultural hub for the region of Istria, with a mixture of fascinating Renaissance, Gothic and Baroque architecture waiting to be explored.
Simply potter around the narrow, cobbled streets of the Old Town and admire the colourful terracotta rooftops, and stop off for a coffee at one of the many welcoming cafés throughout the town and soak up the atmosphere.
Labin is divided into two main parts; the aforementioned Old Town at the top of the hill which offers impressive views towards the coast, and a new town at the bottom of the hill which is home to plenty of shops.
A villa holiday in Labin also allows you to venture towards the coast and into the popular tourist resort of Rabac where you can enjoy fresh seafood along the bustling waterfront or spend the day at the Blue Flag Girandella Beach.
