Villa Tony has everything you could possibly ask for in a dream holiday villa on this beautiful and dramatic lower Dalmatia coastline of Croatia. Stunning views out over Kolocep island and the silhouette of Dubrovnik, a gorgeous private swimming pool and attractive terraces adorned by stylish rattan furniture and a mix of the characteristic old, and contemporary new, in the living accommodation, a WOW Villa if ever there was one. To explain the living accommodation in more detail, there is a 3 bedroom ‘older section’ on the lower levels of this traditional looking house, and an extremely stylish and contemporary 2 bedroom ‘apartment’ on the upper level, reached by an external staircase which can be clearly identified from our photography. Regardless of whether you elect to sleep in the older part of Villa Tony, or the newer more ‘funky’ apartment, your comfort is assured, as the proud owner has gone to great lengths to provide the same very high standards in both. There is a local shop a short 800 metres stroll downhill from the villa, and the nearest beach is a further 1km further down this rustic track, where you will find a popular beach bar. The iconic town of Dubrovnik is a short 15 minute drive to the south, where you will find an abundance of everything, especially culture, fabulous shopping, amazing restaurants and the privilege of being in one of the nicest old towns in the whole of Europe. Another highlight of staying at Villa Tony is the close proximity to the neighbouring village of Trsteno where you will find the world famous Arboretum, a truly wonderful place to head for a stroll to admire the vast and eclectic array of plants, flowers and trees, many of which were collected and brought here by sea captains and sailors alike since the 15th century.
