You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

Located in the gorgeous Dalmatian countryside, Villa River Ombla View is perched on the upper slopes of the sleepy suburbs of Mokosica and is the ultimate private, relaxing retreat. The panoramas are truly phenomenal, with lush green hills stretching into silhouettes on the horizon, which provide a backdrop to the turquoise shimmer of the Ombla river below. The air is heavy with the fragrance of pine and cypress trees, adding to the serene atmosphere. Close to the action, with the UNESCO city of Dubrovnik just a fifteen-minute drive away, a world-class restaurant scene, historic fortress and charming old town awaits.
Villa River Ombla View is a showstopper when it comes to its outdoor living, with terraces on multiple levels to show off the extraordinary views. Stepping out of the living area, you’re met with a cosy veranda where you can spend afternoons reading a book on the plush sofas. The lower terrace is all about the incredible swimming pool, which directly overlooks the glistening river scenery and features underwater seating to cool off. There are plenty of poolside sun loungers perfect for catching some rays whilst sipping a cocktail or two. With an alfresco dining set up and a built-in brick barbecue, we can’t think of a better dinner setting than in the crisp sea air whilst watching the sunset. The ground floor is drowned in natural light with two sets of doors opening onto the terrace, providing a beautiful golden hue during the sensational sunsets. The well-equipped kitchen will be sure to please any budding chefs, with modern appliances and a sleek dining table for dinner parties. For some extra luxury, there’s even a gym and an indoor sauna if you want to let off some steam.
