This villa sits in a hilly area above Dubrovnik Old Town with a reserved single parking space approximately 50m away. Please note, there are a number of steps leading to the entrance of this property and around the terrace area. There are a large number of steps down to the BBQ area. The villa is on four floors including a lower ground basement level and a second floor with sea views. The pool itself has step access.
