Access to the villa is via a 165cm-wide path that leads to two steps up to the front door, which is 81cm wide. Inside, the villa is on a single level. The bedroom doors are 75cm wide, and bathroom doors are 59cm wide. The kitchen and living/dining area are open-plan, accessible from the entrance door. Patio doors from the lounge open onto the outdoor terrace, followed by three steps down to the evenly paved pool terrace. The swimming pool is accessed via Roman steps. Surrounding the pool terrace is a gravel garden with mature shrubs. The BBQ area is located at the side of the villa and can be reached via one step up from the garden or one step down from the kitchen door.
