This lovely and modern three-bedroom villa with a private pool is a great option for a family holiday in Cyprus. Located in the Pernera area of Protaras on Cyprus’ eastern coast, it is within easy walking distance of several sandy beaches and the easy-going resort centre.

The villa is light, bright and modern, decorated with pops of colour throughout and equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Downstairs there is an open-plan living and dining area, along with a sleek kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances, an American-style breakfast bar and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors leading to the pool terrace. There are also three spacious bedrooms, two with double beds and one twin room, along with a family bathroom upstairs.

The exterior is whitewashed, surrounded by palm trees which give it an exotic feel. The sun-kissed enclosed garden and pool area provide the perfect setting for sunbathing and relaxing, while the shaded pergola is perfect for alfresco dining well into the balmy evening.

Fringed by golden sand, Kalamies Beach is a short stroll away with a small domed white chapel standing on the cliff top. There is also a local water park nearby ideal for families, with water slides eateries and relaxing areas. With a variety of bars, restaurants and shops close-by, this is a great central location for getting around without the need for a car.
